Named after the Ariake Sea, Ariake is a design brand from Japan founded by Legnatec and Hirata Chair, two furniture factories from Morodomi in Saga Prefecture. Gabriel Tan has been creative directing and designing for Ariake since its inception.

Turn, established in Singapore, is a brand that is devoted to the creation of innovative door handles. The idea behind a quiet, soft-rebound handle was seeded some years ago. Soft-closing drawer slides and furniture hinges have become increasingly common in furniture, and Turn hopes to bring the same quiet finesse to doors.
