The Maker's Gallery

Bringing together Origin Made and August Sandgren for a collaborative showcase at Hotel d'Angleterre Creations Store in Copenhagen, The Maker’s Gallery presented craft as a quiet conversation between maker and material, offering visitors a contemplative pause to experience objects made with intention and expertise.

Origin Made's distinctive collection, featuring the iconic Charred Vases fired in traditional Barro Preto style, hand-woven Calabash and Barco Basket Sculptures, and new pieces from the 2025 collection, including the Drip Sculptures and Esfera Lamps, were styled alongside August Sandgren's refined leather objects. The showcase celebrated the human stories behind objects of beauty and function, with a special live demonstration on 19 June where visitors witnessed one of August Sandgren's skilled box makers working in the gallery. This collaborative showcase created a moment of connection with the materiality and techniques that define both brands' commitment to timeless craftsmanship.
